Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met through strong relationships.
- Communicate customer-related information to the sales team and maintain sales systems, making customer and territory information accessible to all staff.
- Promote DHL’s brand image and values through personal appearance and behavior, reflecting the company’s high standards.
- Establish customer agreements, ensuring pricing guidelines are adhered to and profitability targets are met.
- Regularly review customer pricing and renegotiate when discrepancies arise between actual and promised volumes.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Create a personal sales plan and call cycle, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing growth for existing customers.
- Monitor customer performance, satisfaction, and loyalty, taking corrective actions when necessary to address business fluctuations or at-risk business.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in hard-core sales, preferably in a segmented service industry.
- Strong understanding of the DHL network and supply chain management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to use initiative and judgment to solve job-related issues.
- Excellent selling skills, particularly in complex sales environments.
- Experience in the Air Express or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong ability to influence and impact others positively.

- إنشاء خطة مبيعات شخصية ودورة اتصال، مع تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة وزيادة النمو للعملاء الحاليين.
- مراقبة أداء العملاء ورضاهم وولائهم، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة لمعالجة تقلبات الأعمال أو الأعمال المعرضة للخطر.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
- خبرة تتراوح بين 3-5 سنوات في المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة الخدمات المجزأة.
- فهم قوي لشبكة DHL وإدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- قدرة مثبتة على استخدام المبادرة والحكم لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
- مهارات بيع ممتازة، خاصة في بيئات المبيعات المعقدة.
- خبرة في صناعة النقل السريع الجوي أو خدمات الشحن.
- قدرة قوية على التأثير والإقناع بشكل إيجابي.
