About the Role:
The Document Control Specialist will manage, track, and maintain essential documents in both hardcopy and electronic formats. This role requires maintaining accuracy and organization across various document management systems, including electronic and archived documents. You will provide administrative support to the Document Supervisor and control engineering documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain hardcopy and electronic records, ensuring ease of access and organization.
- Assist in document management and control, ensuring accurate data entry, scanning, filing, archiving, and document tracking.
- Distribute controlled documents, ensuring their proper reference, priority, and compliance with relevant regulations.

The Role
General Description:
Provide and manage procurement and contractual activities for the Department, ensuring the achievement of procurement and contractual targets during all stages of the Project, including commercial closeout.
Job Responsibilities:

Requirements
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 18 years of post-graduate experience in pre and post-contract administration in major infrastructure projects or programs, with a preference for experience in drainage pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, TSE pipelines, surface ground water systems, underground services, and civil structures.
- Experience with international contracting mechanisms such as FIDIC and governmental forms.
- Experience in the assessment of claims and variations on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in delivering large multidisciplinary projects.
- Extensive knowledge of various project procedures.
- Well-rounded profile with experience in procurement, contract formulation, and post-contract administration to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, cost, and time.
- Ability to build strong relationships within complex organizational structures and with various project stakeholders.

This position is responsible for leading projects across multiple disciplines, including technical, commercial, and project controls, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and achieving project objectives. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain timelines, budgets, and project quality while ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project objectives and ensure targets are met while overseeing progress.
- Lead and manage the delivery of all aspects of the projects, including technical, commercial, and project controls (programme, planning, HSE, quality, risk, systems compliance).
- Review and draft recommendations for variations, addendums, and extensions of time in line with Authority policies.
- Provide regular progress reports and escalate any issues to senior management.
- Attend and convene meetings as required to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including owners and legal authorities, to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform risk analysis and manage project KPIs, ensuring the project’s performance aligns with established objectives.
- Capture lessons learned throughout the project and apply them to improve future processes.
- Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Competencies:
- A minimum of 20 years’ post-graduate experience in major infrastructure projects, especially in drainage pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, TSE pipelines, and civil structures.
- Proven management experience, with an in-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
- Strong track record in delivering large, multidisciplinary projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management procedures and ability to lead strategic planning, risk management, and commercial considerations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships across complex organizational structures.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in a relevant field such as Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- A professional qualification such as PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A valid driver’s license.
Desirable Skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Chartered engineer status from a recognized institution.
- Experience working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.

The Role
General Description:
Assist the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of Project Management requirements for Projects managed by the Authority. Draft, review, or recommend any Project Management-related documents as required. Review and ensure that Project Management principles are incorporated and applied. Identify, develop, and promote Programme and Project required Project Management policies. Provide progress reports as and when required. Attend relevant meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and review compliance with Project Management procedures and processes.
- Liaise with various internal teams and external stakeholders to effectively manage various Projects.
- Lead planning and implementation of the Project.
- Define Project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale Project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate Project staff.
- Manage Project budget.
- Manage Project resource allocation.
- Plan and schedule Project timelines.
- Track Project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to the Project team.
- Oversee quality assurance.
- Strong presentation skills (creating and delivering).

Requirements
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in major infrastructure and drainage projects.
- At least 8 years in a similar position for projects with an RCC/GRP/HDPE pipeline.
- Must have worked on a micro-tunneling project in the last 10 years.
- Conversant with the construction methodology of deep manholes and chambers.
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects and managing teams of engineers.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the Project.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and Project Management principles.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- A "rounded profile" with experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management analysis and commercial considerations.
- Technically proficient in all aspects of Project Management such as technical, commercial, Project controls (programme, planning, risk, systems compliance, etc.).
- Effective in building good working relationships, both internally and with various Project stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Evidence of suitable professional qualification PMP or equivalent is preferable.
- Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Desirable Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Arabic language skills.
- Chartered engineer status from a recognized institution.

- ما لا يقل عن 15 عامًا من الخبرة بعد التخرج في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى ومشاريع الصرف الصحي.
- ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات في نفس المنصب لمشاريع تحتوي على خطوط أنابيب RCC/GRP/HDPE.
- يجب أن يكون قد عمل في مشروع ميكرو-أنفاق في آخر 10 سنوات.
- إجادة منهجية البناء الخاصة بالحفر العميق وغرف التفتيش.
- سجل حافل في تقديم المشاريع متعددة التخصصات الكبرى وإدارة فرق المهندسين.
