Joinery Technical Engineer
Location: Doha
Job Description:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery work.
- Strong technical background in joinery and experience in managing projects from start to finish.
- Supervise all production activities from inspection to delivery, plan schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients providing a technical solution.
- Prepare production status reports to management. Keep records of workers’ time and materials used for each project.
- Create detailed and accurate technical drawings for custom joinery projects.
- Revise and update drawings as required, incorporating feedback from clients, project managers, and production teams.
- Prepare material lists, cutting schedules, and other technical documentation for production.

الوصف الوظيفي:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أعمال النجارة.
- خلفية فنية قوية في النجارة وخبرة في إدارة المشاريع من البداية للنهاية.
- الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة الإنتاجية من الفحص إلى التسليم، تخطيط الجداول الزمنية وضمان الانتهاء من المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على مواجهة العملاء وتقديم الحلول الفنية.
- إعداد تقارير حالة الإنتاج للإدارة. الاحتفاظ بسجلات وقت العمال والمواد المستخدمة في كل مشروع.
- إنشاء رسومات فنية دقيقة ومفصلة للمشاريع المخصصة للنجارة.
- تعديل وتحديث الرسومات حسب الحاجة، مع دمج ملاحظات العملاء ومديري المشاريع وفرق الإنتاج.
- إعداد قوائم المواد، جداول القطع، وغيرها من الوثائق الفنية للإنتاج.
