Job Description: Customer Service Representative
We are looking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our operations in Doha, Qatar, to meet the following requirements:
- Must hold a university degree with a diploma in management or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Skilled in computer usage and proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in customer service and administrative affairs with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to live in the company-provided housing and be single. The employee should also be able to transfer sponsorship to the company.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Contract Length: 24 months
- Pay: Starting at QAR 3,000.00 per month
- Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025

وصف الوظيفة: موظف خدمة العملاء
نحن نبحث عن موظفة خدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الدوحة، قطر وفقًا للشروط التالية:
- أن تكون حاصلة على شهادة جامعية مع ديبلوم في مجال الإدارة أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج مايكروسوفت بشكل عام.
- خبرة في مجال خدمة العملاء والشؤون الإدارية مع مهارات تواصل واتصال قوية.
- خبرة في التسويق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
- يجب أن تكون قادرة على الإقامة في سكن الشركة وأن تكون عزباء، مع القدرة على نقل الكفالة إلى الشركة.
