Store Operations Manager (Philippine Jewelry Store)
Job Scope:
As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee various retail management areas to achieve optimal business potential. As a role model, you will embody the company’s values and actively promote Al Sulaiman Jewellers as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Communicate with vendors to stay updated on new jewelry trends and materials.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure goals and objectives are communicated effectively.
- Ensure merchandise pricing accuracy and proper labeling.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and guidance on jewelry selection.
- Establish and enforce rules and policies for employee conduct and store operations.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and gemologists.
- Collaborate with other branch managers on advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Support the start-up, development, and expansion of new branches.
- Oversee merchandising, sales execution, inventory management, and vendor returns.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Create productivity reports for informed decision-making on business development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in store/branch management.
- Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Familiarity with industry regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Willing to be assigned to Pasig or Mandaluyong branches.

Accounts Assistant (Jewelry Experience Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee professional accounting and administrative tasks related to revenue and expenditure accounts.
- Ensure data availability for timely invoice preparation.
- Maintain updated accounting records in the system.
- Prepare credit invoices, debit notes, and receipts.
- Perform data entry in financial accounting software.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing reports to balances.
- Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions.
- Manage receivable affiliates’ transactions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in negotiation skills for building partnerships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present financial analyses in concise reports.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in jewelry accounting.
