Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Contract (24 months)

Job Requirements:

  • Valid QID (Qatar ID).
  • Diploma in Health and Safety.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification.
  • ISO 45001 internal auditor qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSE Management Systems (HSEMS) and best practices in the offshore fabrication industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HSE management experience in offshore construction project execution.
  • Must possess BOSIET and H2S certifications.
  • Must be subject to Qatar Energy (QE) approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement health, safety, and environmental standards in offshore project environments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on health, safety, and environmental performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct health and safety awareness training sessions for staff and clients.
  • Monitor site activities, identify potential hazards, and propose preventive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects.
  • Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH, ISO 45001, BOSIET, H2S.
  • Strong abilities in risk management and proactive analysis.

المسمى الوظيفي: مسؤول السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE Officer)
الموقع: الدوحة، قطر
نوع العمل: عقد لمدة 24 شهرًا

متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • امتلاك تصريح إقامة قطري (QID) صالح.
  • حاصل على دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
  • مؤهل NEBOSH IGC.
  • شهادة مدقق داخلي لنظام ISO 45001 أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSEMS) وأفضل الممارسات في صناعة التصنيع البحري.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الصحة والسلامة في تنفيذ مشاريع البناء البحرية.
  • امتلاك شهادتي BOSIET وH2S.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلًا على موافقة قطر للطاقة (QE Approval).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في بيئة المشاريع البحرية.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية والدولية للصحة والسلامة.
  • تقديم التقارير المنتظمة عن الأداء الصحي والبيئي والسلامة للجهات المعنية.
  • إجراء تدريبات توعية بالصحة والسلامة للموظفين والعملاء.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الموقع وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتقديم حلول وقائية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع النفط والغاز البحرية.
  • شهادات مهنية إلزامية: NEBOSH، ISO 45001، BOSIET، H2S.
  • قدرات ممتازة في إدارة المخاطر والتحليل الوقائي.
