Full Job Description:
As an AI Engineer at CLICKS, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing our AI-powered logistics platform serving Qatar. You'll work directly with our chatbot system, optimizing its capabilities to streamline logistics operations and enhance customer experience across our nationwide network. This role combines technical expertise with practical business applications, ideal for those passionate about applying AI solutions to real-world logistics challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:
Hard Skills:
- Experience with prompt engineering – able to prompt LLMs to achieve outstanding and reliable outcomes.
- Proficient in Python and able to hack together end-to-end prototypes.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail, and a high level of scrutiny for impactful applications of LLMs.
- Curiosity-driven and pragmatic with a focus on delivering results.
- A generalist mindset with the ability to dive deep into a wide range of challenges.
- Resilience and an ability to grind through complex problems.
- Openness to disagreement and commitment to decisions once made.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to explain complex insights in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Independence in managing one’s workload and priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in fine-tuning LLMs is highly desirable.
