Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on FCCS and EPRCS modules.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Configure application workflows, data integrations, and reporting capabilities.

• Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS):

  • Implement advanced financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and ownership calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements.
  • Optimize consolidation timelines and provide technical guidance for period-end close processes.

• Enterprise Performance Reporting (EPRCS):

  • Design and implement reporting frameworks for strategic, financial, and operational insights.
  • Enable narrative reporting with integrated data visualizations.
  • Drive automation of reporting processes and facilitate efficient stakeholder collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure alignment of EPM solutions with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on best practices and EPM capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

• System Integration & Support:

  • Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud and custom applications.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to governance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud modules, specifically FCCS and EPRCS.
• Expertise in solution design, configuration, and implementation for EPM Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, reporting frameworks, and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud and its integration with EPM solutions.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and providing guidance to senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role, managing expectations and delivering on project objectives.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Account Reconciliation (ARCS) and aligning business requirements with product features.
• Prior experience with system integrations and ensuring performance optimization.
