Technical Manager
Location: Doha
Job Description:
- Maintain, drive, supervise, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate design work on sites.
- Revise and study design drawings in collaboration with the Design Manager, as well as the necessary staffing to complete the shop-drawing aspects of the project efficiently and effectively.
- Hold regular meetings with project subcontractors or suppliers to coordinate architectural needs and requirements, solve problems, and clarify technical issues.
- Support and supervise Junior Shop Drawing architects in the technical office in providing technical assistance and/or reviewing, verifying, and checking drawings, forms, and designs.
- Prepare technical shop drawings in digital format, as needed, to meet set technical specifications and quality standards and to conform to recognized procedures.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience & 5+ years of minimum Qatar experience.
- Knowledge in Architectural/Interior Designing/Joinery/Fit-Out Industry.
- General knowledge of the interior fit-out/joinery industry & competition.
- Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit-out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must.

وصف الوظيفة:
- الحفاظ على المعايير الفنية والأنظمة والعمليات وتنفيذها.
- ضمان العمل الدقيق في الموقع وفقًا للوقت المحدد.
- مراجعة ودراسة الرسومات التصميمية بالتعاون مع مدير التصميم، بالإضافة إلى الموظفين اللازمين لإتمام جوانب الرسومات التنفيذية للمشروع بكفاءة وفعالية.
- عقد اجتماعات منتظمة مع المقاولين الفرعيين أو الموردين للمشروع لتنسيق الاحتياجات والمتطلبات المعمارية، وحل المشكلات، وتوضيح القضايا الفنية.
- دعم والإشراف على المهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين في مكتب الرسم الفني وتقديم الدعم الفني و/أو مراجعة والتحقق من الرسومات والنماذج والتصاميم.
- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية الفنية بصيغة رقمية حسب الحاجة، لتلبية المواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة المحددة والامتثال للإجراءات المعترف بها.
الحد الأدنى من الخبرة المطلوبة:
- دبلوم في التصميم / الهندسة المعمارية / الهندسة المدنية مفضل.
- من 3 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة و 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في قطر.
- المعرفة في التصميم المعماري / الداخلي / النجارة / صناعة التجهيزات.
- معرفة عامة في صناعة التجهيزات الداخلية / النجارة والمنافسة.
- المعرفة في تخطيط المساحات والبيئة التجارية الداخلية، وتفاصيل التجهيزات، والمواصفات، والموردين، والمواد أمر لا بد منه.
