Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, roads, reservoirs, sports facilities, and utility services such as irrigation networks, potable water networks, sewage drainage networks, and surface water drainage networks.
- Prepare snags reports for the maintenance contractor.
- Schedule and supervise daily civil maintenance activities, including painting, carpentry, masonry, concreting, plumbing, and aluminum work.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and project specifications, contract documents, and work instructions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and facilities, and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests.
- Supervise technicians and helpers, monitor contractors, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain detailed project files and submit "As Built" drawings to archives and mail units.
- Ensure that all relevant maintenance information is accurately updated in QU’s asset management system.
- Follow security and safety guidelines and assist in preparing reports on security or safety incidents.

Education and Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Minimum 2 years academic + one year in-plant training is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects and/or civil maintenance.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and report formatting.

Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, sports facilities, and service buildings, including preparation of snags reports.
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities on equipment such as transformers, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and MCC panels.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule.
- Supervise and resolve corrective maintenance requests for electrical systems.
- Inspect work based on requests received through Oracle Work Request, letters, or verbally.
- Maintain detailed project files and submit "as built" drawings.
- Ensure that all relevant facilities data is accurately updated in the asset/facilities management system.
- Follow security and safety guidelines and assist in incident reporting.

Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment in buildings, sport facilities, chiller plants, sewage systems, drainage systems, and water facilities.
- Supervise daily operations of mechanical equipment including chillers, pumps, air handling units, and more.
- Oversee the implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Resolve corrective maintenance requests and supervise emergency works.
- Inspect and report on inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
- Maintain detailed project files and ensure submission of "As Built" drawings to archives.
- Ensure that all facilities master data and maintenance information is updated in the system.
