Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, part-time roller skating coach to join our team. If you have a passion for roller skating and coaching, we want to hear from you! This role involves teaching skaters of all skill levels and fostering a fun, safe, and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group and private lessons for skaters of all ages and abilities.
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans focused on skill development and fun.
- Provide constructive feedback to help skaters improve.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a roller skating coach or significant skating experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Ability to teach beginners to advanced skaters.
- Availability to work flexible, part-time hours.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: QAR100.00 - QAR125.00 per hour

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة الدروس الجماعية والفردية للمتزلجين من جميع الأعمار والقدرات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط دروس مثيرة تركز على تطوير المهارات والمتعة.
- تقديم ملاحظات بناءة لمساعدة المتزلجين على التحسن.
- الحفاظ على بيئة تعلم آمنة وإيجابية.
- العمل ساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمدرب تزلج على العجلات أو خبرة كبيرة في التزلج.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على تحفيز وإلهام الطلاب.
- القدرة على تدريس المتزلجين من المبتدئين إلى المتقدمين.
