Company Overview:
Handelnine Global is a rapidly growing e-commerce company managing 15+ online retail brands across over 60 countries. With offices in India and the USA, we serve global markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. As we expand our core business, internal tools, and new products, we are seeking a Scrum Master to support our growth. This position is fully remote, with competitive compensation and 28 annual leave days.
Role and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have the experience, skills, and passion needed to contribute to the development of our tech architecture, which includes:
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams stay focused and productive.
- Remove Impediments: Act as a shield for the team by identifying and resolving blockers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Team Coaching: Guide teams in Agile principles, helping them embrace practices such as self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track team performance through metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and provide insights to improve delivery cycles.
- Promote a Collaborative Culture: Encourage transparency, trust, and a positive working environment to foster innovation and creativity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend tailored Agile frameworks where needed (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable.
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Facilitation Skills: Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with a servant leadership mindset.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve conflicts, drive solutions, and handle competing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
