Role Overview:
The Client Services Specialist (CME) will professionally handle Management Print Services (MPS) clients after project deployment, providing regular reviews and top-notch customer service throughout the contract period. This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring operational requirements are met, and contributing to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions professionally via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage day-to-day operations and ad hoc requests from MPS customers to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and conduct quarterly/bi-annual MPS review meetings with clients, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), volume utilization, and machine performance
- Maintain MPS review schedules for complete coverage of the customer base
- Support the Sales team with reports, data, and analysis for contract renewals
- Identify opportunities for account development and revenue growth within existing sites
- Ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms and SLA deliverables
- Monitor and manage incidents and problems to meet contractual SLA commitments
- Communicate progress to customers until the resolution of issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and resolve complaints promptly

- إعداد وتنفيذ اجتماعات المراجعة الربع سنوية أو نصف السنوية مع العملاء، مع التركيز على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، واستخدام الآلات
- الحفاظ على جدول مواعيد المراجعات لضمان تغطية كاملة لقاعدة العملاء
- دعم فريق المبيعات بكل البيانات والتقارير والتحليلات اللازمة لتجديد العقود
- تحديد الفرص لتطوير الحسابات وزيادة الإيرادات ضمن المواقع الحالية
- ضمان تقديم الخدمات وفقًا لشروط العقد وتلبية متطلبات اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA)
- مراقبة وإدارة الحوادث والمشاكل لتلبية التزامات SLA التعاقدية
- التواصل مع العملاء بشأن التقدم حتى يتم حل المشكلات
- الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء وحل جميع الشكاوى بسرعة
