Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for Oil & Gas E&I projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments at various stages of the project to verify compliance with quality requirements, procedures, and specifications.
- Generate Request for Inspections (RFIs) to regulatory authorities and client representatives for timely inspections and approvals.
- Manage and close out Punch Lists efficiently, addressing any discrepancies and non-compliances identified during inspections.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific standards, codes, and best practices in all QC activities related to E&I projects.
- Work closely with project teams and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and provide technical guidance for achieving project quality goals.
- Facilitate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with QA/QC processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, testing, and quality-related documentation.
- Participate in HSE activities, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization and complying with all safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of GCC experience in QA/QC Engineering, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas E&I projects, including electrical systems and instrumentation.
- Proven ability to independently manage and execute QC-related activities, including ITP and QCP preparation, inspections, RFIs, and punch list closure.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Compex Certification is a must, and other relevant certifications and qualifications in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas sector are a plus.
- Candidates must be available locally in Qatar with NOC and able to join immediately.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط اختبار الفحص (ITP) وخطط مراقبة الجودة (QCP) لمشاريع النفط والغاز الخاصة بـ E&I، وضمان التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير.
- إجراء فحوصات وتقييمات شاملة في مراحل مختلفة من المشروع للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة والإجراءات والمواصفات.
- إصدار طلبات الفحص (RFIs) للسلطات التنظيمية وممثلي العميل لإجراء الفحوصات والموافقات في الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة وإغلاق قوائم العيوب بفعالية، ومعالجة أي تناقضات أو مخالفات تم تحديدها خلال الفحوصات.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والصكوك والممارسات الأفضل الخاصة بالصناعة في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة في مشاريع E&I.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة وتقديم الإرشادات الفنية لتحقيق أهداف الجودة للمشروع.
- تسهيل والمشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان الامتثال لعمليات QA/QC وتحديد الفرص للتحسين.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والبناء لمراجعة خطط المشروع والرسومات والمواصفات لضمان أنها تلبي متطلبات الجودة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة من الفحوصات والاختبارات والوثائق المتعلقة بالجودة.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية داخل المنظمة، والامتثال لجميع اللوائح والبروتوكولات المتعلقة بالسلامة.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي كمهندس QA/QC، خاصة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- معرفة قوية وخبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز الخاصة بـ E&I، بما في ذلك الأنظمة الكهربائية والأدوات.
- القدرة المثبتة على إدارة وتنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة بشكل مستقل، بما في ذلك إعداد ITP وQCP، والفحوصات، وRFIs، وإغلاق قوائم العيوب.
