Job Details
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to generate new business leads, strengthen brand recognition, create marketing content, and build partnerships within the construction and trading sectors. You will also manage social media and digital marketing campaigns and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies to support business growth.
This role will be purely commission-based for the first three months, with compensation based on the revenue generated for the company.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of marketing trends in the construction and trading industries.
- Ability to network and build partnerships for business growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle are compulsory.

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق لتوليد فرص تجارية جديدة، وتعزيز التعرف على العلامة التجارية، وإنشاء محتوى تسويقي، وبناء الشراكات ضمن قطاعي البناء والتجارة. ستقوم أيضًا بإدارة حملات التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والرقمية وقياس فعالية استراتيجيات التسويق لدعم نمو الأعمال.
سيكون هذا الدور قائمًا على العمولة بالكامل خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى، مع تعويض يعتمد على الإيرادات التي يتم توليدها لصالح الشركة.
المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض قوية.
- معرفة باتجاهات التسويق في مجالات البناء والتجارة.
- القدرة على بناء شبكة من الشركاء الجدد لتنمية الأعمال.
- معرفة بالتسويق الرقمي مفضلة.
- رخصة قيادة وسيارة خاصة أمر ضروري.
