1. Quality Control Inspector
Location: Al Wakra, Mesaieed, Qatar
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Working Mode: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Complying with HSE & Quality Policy:
  Actively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training.

• Reading Technical Drawings:
  Understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.

• Using Measuring Equipment:
  Identify and use measuring tools to verify requirements.

• Perform Inspections:
  Conduct visual, dimensional, and part inspections required in the Assembly and Test areas.

• Ensure Operation Completeness:
  Verify the completion of all operations and related records.

• Generate Non-Conformance Reports:
  Initiate reports on any products, parts, or assemblies that do not meet requirements.

• Drive Quality Culture:
  Promote quality culture on-site and with the project execution team.

• Collaborate with Engineering:
  Work with site quality and manufacturing engineering teams on root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work with Management Systems:
  Work with Baker Hughes’ management systems like BHOS, VDL, Alfresco, Agility, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical education.

• Experience:
  0 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection of Wellhead and Xmas tree equipment.

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems methodically.
  • Knowledge of API 6A standards is a plus.

• Shift Work:
  The role requires working in shifts, with flexibility in work patterns.
