Position: Rigging Supervisor
Location: Birkath Al Awamer, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise and direct a team of riggers, ensuring that all rigging tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to rigging personnel on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor work progress and adjust resources as necessary to meet project schedules.
Rigging Operations:
- Oversee the planning and execution of all rigging operations, including the lifting, positioning, and securing of heavy loads.
- Ensure proper rigging equipment, including slings, hoists, pulleys, and cranes, is used and maintained in good working order.
- Conduct risk assessments before each rigging operation to identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper placement and stabilization of loads during lifting and moving operations.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all rigging activities adhere to safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections of rigging equipment and machinery to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Identify hazards on-site and take corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Complete and maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and safety checks for rigging equipment.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and schedule rigging operations according to project requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for the delivery, placement, and removal of rigging equipment and materials.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during rigging operations and ensure quick resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including work logs, inspections, and incident reports.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety violations to management.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management on the status and progress of rigging operations.
Equipment Management:
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all rigging equipment on-site.
- Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of rigging gear as necessary.
- Oversee the storage, handling, and transportation of rigging equipment to and from work sites.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الإشراف والقيادة:
- الإشراف على فريق من عمال الرفع وتوجيههم، والتأكد من إكمال جميع مهام الرفع بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد للمشروع.
- توفير التدريب والتوجيه لموظفي التزوير حول أفضل الممارسات وبروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- مراقبة تقدم العمل وتعديل الموارد حسب الضرورة لتلبية جداول المشروع.
عمليات التزوير:
- الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ جميع عمليات التجهيز، بما في ذلك رفع الأحمال الثقيلة وتحديد موقعها وتأمينها.
- تأكد من استخدام معدات الرفع المناسبة، بما في ذلك الأحزمة، والرافعات، والبكرات، والرافعات، وصيانتها في حالة عمل جيدة.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر قبل كل عملية تركيب لتحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ تدابير التخفيف.
- ضمان الوضع الصحيح واستقرار الأحمال أثناء عمليات الرفع والنقل.
السلامة والامتثال:
- تأكد من أن جميع أنشطة التزوير تلتزم بقواعد السلامة ومعايير السلامة في الشركة.

- إكمال وصيانة سجلات التفتيش والصيانة وفحوصات السلامة لمعدات التزوير.
تنسيق المشروع:
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين للتخطيط وتحديد جدولة عمليات التجهيز وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
- تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية لتسليم ووضع وإزالة معدات ومواد التزوير.
- استكشاف أي مشاكل قد تنشأ أثناء عمليات التزوير وضمان الحل السريع.
التوثيق والتقارير:
- الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة لأنشطة التزوير، بما في ذلك سجلات العمل، والفحوصات، وتقارير الحوادث.
- الإبلاغ عن أي أعطال في المعدات أو انتهاكات للسلامة إلى الإدارة.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا حول حالة وتقدم عمليات التزوير.
إدارة المعدات:
- ضمان توفر وتشغيل جميع معدات التجهيز في الموقع.
- تنسيق أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح واستبدال معدات التزوير حسب الضرورة.
- الإشراف على تخزين ومناولة ونقل معدات التجهيز من وإلى مواقع العمل.
