QC Inspector - E&I
Job Description
Location: Doha
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering Diploma or suitable equivalent, plus Trade Certificates in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil & Gas projects, with 5 years in the onshore Gas Facilities sector, preferably in LNG.
- Familiarity with electrical and instrumentation-specific codes and standards (i.e., IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, ATEX/IECEX-60079, etc.).
- Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement QA/QC activities, including those of Subcontractors’ Works, in accordance with approved QCP/ITPs and procedures, method statements, and other Contract documents.
- Prepare and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance/inspections/tests.
- Maintain records of calibration, inspection, and testing equipment.
- Ensure availability of the appropriate version of applicable work documents, such as AFC drawings, specifications, and international codes and standards.
- Witness procedures, tests, and certify the results.
- Provide sufficient feedback to the Quality Manager/Engineer on daily quality issues.

Pay: QAR 8,000.00 - QAR 10,000.00 per month

المتطلبات:
- دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها، بالإضافة إلى شهادات فنية في الكهرباء و/أو القياس.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كفني فحص في مشاريع النفط والغاز، 5 سنوات منها في قطاع المنشآت البرية للغاز، ويفضل في مجال الغاز الطبيعي المسال (LNG).
- معرفة بكودات ومعايير الكهرباء والقياس المحددة (مثل IEC، NEC، NFPA، BS، NEMA، NETA، ATEX/IECEX-60079، إلخ).
- خبرة في أنشطة الفحص أثناء الشراء، التصنيع، التركيب، التوصيل، والتشغيل للمشاريع النفطية والغازية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ أنشطة مراقبة الجودة/الفحص، بما في ذلك أعمال المقاولين الفرعيين، وفقًا لخطة مراقبة الجودة / إجراءات الفحص والمواصفات والوثائق التعاقدية الأخرى.
- إعداد وتوقيع السجلات المناسبة للمراقبة/الفحوصات/الاختبارات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المعايرة، والفحص، وأدوات الاختبار.
- التأكد من توفر النسخة المناسبة من الوثائق العملية مثل الرسومات المعتمدة، والمواصفات، والمعايير الدولية.
- مراقبة الإجراءات، الاختبارات، وشهادتها.
- تقديم الملاحظات الكافية إلى مدير الجودة/المهندس بشأن القضايا اليومية للجودة.
