Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Pre-Contract
- Valid UPDA
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimations.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotes.
- Monitor and assess risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data for future tender references.

المسؤوليات:
- مراجعة وتحليل مستندات العطاءات، الرسومات، والمواصفات لإعداد تقديرات التكلفة.
- إعداد تقديرات تفصيلية للتكاليف للمشروعات، بما في ذلك المواد، والعمالة، والمعدات، والتكاليف المرتبطة الأخرى.
