Key Responsibilities
- Handle room bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about room availability and rates.
- Process and confirm guest reservations.
- Update and maintain the reservation system.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
Requirements
- Prior experience in reservations or front office roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- معالجة وتأكيد حجوزات الضيوف.
- تحديث وصيانة نظام الحجوزات.
- الرد على استفسارات الضيوف وحل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالحجوزات.
الشروط
- خبرة سابقة في الحجوزات أو أدوار الاستقبال.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
