Job Details
We are looking for a Sales Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in sales administration and secretarial functions, preferably in the automotive industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage).
- Experience in database management, office management, and correspondence.
- Computer Literacy – Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and other animation software.
- Experience in tele-sales and tele-marketing for generating inquiries and follow-up.

- Candidates must have an NOC and be prepared to transfer their work visa immediately, as per Qatar Labor Law.

هل أنت مسؤول مبيعات ذو خبرة في إدارة المبيعات والوظائف السكرتارية؟ انضم إلى منظمة مرموقة تركز على العملاء في صناعة السيارات. نحن نبحث عن شخص ذو مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة قوية على إدارة العمليات المكتبية والعلاقات مع العملاء.
التفاصيل
نحن نبحث عن مسؤول مبيعات ذو خبرة تتراوح بين 3-5 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات والوظائف السكرتارية، ويفضل أن تكون الخبرة في صناعة السيارات.
المؤهلات والمهارات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص من جامعة مرموقة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ستكون ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في إدارة قواعد البيانات بالإضافة إلى إدارة المكاتب والمراسلات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر – إتقان MS Office، Adobe Illustrator، وبرامج الرسوم المتحركة الأخرى.
- خبرة في المبيعات عبر الهاتف والتسويق عبر الهاتف لتوليد الاستفسارات والمتابعة.
الشروط
- التوظيف المحلي فقط – يجب على المرشحين أن يكون لديهم هوية قطرية سارية.
- يجب على المرشحين أن يكون لديهم شهادة عدم ممانعة وأن يكونوا مستعدين لنقل تأشيرات العمل فورًا وفقًا لقانون العمل القطري.
