Full Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and other journal entries in the Odoo accounting software.
- Maintain and reconcile various ledgers (e.g., cash, bank, sales, purchases).
- Prepare and generate balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, trial balance, and other financial reports as required.
- Ensure accurate categorization of expenses, incomes, and adjustments based on accounting principles.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records in Odoo system.
- Manage petty cash, bank transactions, and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions in the software.
- Report to Management Monthly closing stock variation.
- Monitor all inventory movement to Monoprix branches from the central kitchen.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 years in F&B

المسؤوليات والمهام:
- تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية بما في ذلك المبيعات والمشتريات والمصروفات والمعاملات الأخرى في برنامج Odoo المحاسبي.
- الحفاظ على تسوية حسابات مختلفة (مثل: النقدية، البنك، المبيعات، المشتريات).
- إعداد وتوليد الميزانيات العمومية وحسابات الأرباح والخسائر وميزان المراجعة والتقارير المالية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من تصنيف المصروفات والإيرادات والتعديلات بدقة بناءً على المبادئ المحاسبية.
- تسوية كشف الحساب البنكي مع سجلات الشركة في نظام Odoo.
- إدارة النقدية الصغيرة والمعاملات البنكية وإعداد بيانات تسوية البنك.
- التأكد من دقة واكتمال المعاملات المالية في البرنامج.
- تقديم تقارير للإدارة بشأن التغيرات الشهرية في المخزون.
- مراقبة جميع حركات المخزون إلى فروع مونو بري من المطبخ المركزي.
التعليم:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة أو في مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة:
- 2 سنة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات.
