Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries and service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed call logs and reports.
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان حل المشكلات بسرعة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير مفصلة للمكالمات.
- تقديم المعلومات حول خدمات ومرافق الفندق.
الشروط
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل.
- مهارات ممتازة في آداب الهاتف والتواصل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية.
- قدرات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تعدد المهام.
