Your Future Role
As the ATS T&C and Warranty Engineer, you will take on a critical role at Alstom. You'll lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C) tasks on-site during essential activities and provide crucial technical support to the maintainer and customer during the warranty and post-deployment phase. Collaborating with innovative and dedicated teammates across multiple departments, you’ll play an instrumental part in ensuring the effective execution of testing procedures and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute testing activities as per procedure/documentation, following the T&C Manager's instructions
- Draft and issue all necessary test reports for ATS tests
- Identify and troubleshoot defects, ensuring all issues are corrected
- Provide feedback on any non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase and report design-related issues correctly in relevant tools
- Lead the ATS signalling baseline deployment
- Manage the ATS warranty during the post-baseline delivery phase
- Ensure proper follow-up on detected issues and deliver comprehensive commissioning reports
- Support the V&V team and conduct lab tests as required
- Deliver performance in line with Quality, Costs, and Deadlines, while complying with Alstom’s policies, local standards, and regulations (including EHS and Railway Safety)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in railway and signalling systems
- Proven ability to handle complex T&C tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to follow rigorous testing procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with different teams across departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد وتنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار وفقًا للإجراءات/التوثيق، مع اتباع تعليمات مدير T&C
- إعداد وإصدار جميع تقارير الاختبار اللازمة لإجراء اختبارات ATS
- تحديد العيوب وإصلاحها (استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها)
- تقديم ملاحظات حول أي عدم تطابق لوحظ خلال مرحلة التكليف والإبلاغ عن القضايا المتعلقة بالتصميم بشكل صحيح في الأدوات المناسبة
- قيادة نشر القاعدة الأساسية للإشارات ATS
- إدارة الضمان ATS خلال مرحلة ما بعد التسليم الأساسي
- ضمان متابعة القضايا المكتشفة وتسليم تقارير التكليف
- دعم فريق V&V وأداء الاختبارات في المختبر حسب الطلب
- تقديم الأداء وفقًا للجودة والتكاليف والمواعيد النهائية مع الامتثال لسياسات Alstom والمعايير المحلية واللوائح (بما في ذلك EHS وسلامة السكك الحديدية)
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
- خبرة واسعة في أنظمة السكك الحديدية والإشارات
- قدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع المهام المعقدة لاختبار T&C واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بفعالية
- معرفة تقنية قوية والقدرة على اتباع إجراءات اختبار دقيقة
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة للتفاعل مع فرق مختلفة عبر الأقسام
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وضغط عالٍ مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة
