About the Internship
As a Partner Development Management Intern at Microsoft, you will have the opportunity to recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with Microsoft partners, showcasing the unique value of partnering with Microsoft. You will align partners to strategic accounts, analyze industry trends, and identify market opportunities. This role will provide hands-on experience in developing partner business plans, supporting skill growth, and assessing business metrics to drive growth.

Program Start Date
The program will begin in February 2025.

Program Overview
The Erada Program is a paid, nine-month internship designed to accelerate employability in Qatar through early career recruitment and skill development. Interns will receive globally recognized certifications and skills, with opportunities for mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments, equipping you for a successful career in tech.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with Microsoft partners.
  • Align partners to strategic accounts and identify market opportunities through industry analysis.
  • Develop and support partner business plans, skill growth, and industry presence.
  • Analyze business metrics to assess performance and identify areas for growth.
