Are you passionate about working with families and students? Join our team as an Admissions & Community Coordinator at ISL Qatar, where you'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming and efficient admissions process that aligns with our school values.

• Foster the values and behaviors aligned with ISL Qatar’s guiding statement and the IB learner profile
• Support families from inquiry to school induction, including interviews, campus tours, and the application process
• Work to meet agreed-upon enrollment targets and support continuous improvement
• Manage and maintain the Open Apply database system
• Act as an advocate for prospective families while prioritizing the school’s interests
• Coordinate and improve the transition experience for families joining at various stages of the school year
• Design and implement a coherent exit process for student withdrawals in collaboration with the school counselor
• Design and maintain the tour map and ensure it is regularly updated
• Manage the Admissions calendar, including Open Mornings and campaigns
• Coordinate the school’s re-enrollment process

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in admissions
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, families, and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in using admissions software, databases, and other technology tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

الشروط
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تعزيز القيم والسلوكيات المتوافقة مع بيان ISL قطر التوجيهي وملف المتعلم في IB
• دعم العائلات من الاستفسار حتى الانضمام إلى المدرسة، بما في ذلك المقابلات، وجولات الحرم الجامعي، وعملية التقديم

المزايا
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في الإدارة أو ما يعادلها
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال القبول
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)؛ وإتقان اللغة العربية يعد ميزة
• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات مع الطلاب، والعائلات، وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
• دقة وتنظيم وقدرة على إدارة المهام المتعددة بفعالية
• إتقان استخدام برامج القبول، وقواعد البيانات، وأدوات التكنولوجيا الأخرى
