We are seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Specialist to join our team and help achieve our ambitious sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sales targets consistently.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Engaging in cold calling to generate leads and setting up appointments to present financial products.
- Building positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Preparing compelling sales proposals for potential clients and successfully closing deals.
- Providing detailed sales reports to management regularly.
- Drafting sales contracts in alignment with company requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Arab National with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in direct sales of financial products within Qatar’s local market.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Self-driven and motivated professional.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to retain important product and client information effectively.

- إعداد مقترحات مبيعات جذابة للعملاء المحتملين وإتمام الصفقات بنجاح.
- تقديم تقارير مبيعات تفصيلية للإدارة بانتظام.
- صياغة عقود المبيعات بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الشركة.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
- جنسية عربية مع إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة من 3-4 سنوات في المبيعات المباشرة للمنتجات المالية داخل السوق المحلي القطري.
- مهارات اتصال وشبكات ممتازة.
- محترف ذاتي الدافع والطموح.
- مهارات خدمة عملاء متميزة.
- القدرة على استيعاب المعلومات الهامة للمنتجات والعملاء بشكل فعال.
