Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, including banners, posts, infographics, and ads.
- Ensure consistency in design and branding across all visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Create engaging visuals that resonate with Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Optimize all designs for social media platforms in terms of size, resolution, and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Graphic Designer, Branding Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, focusing on Arabic content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Experience with branding and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken), with a strong understanding of cultural nuances in design.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تصميم رسومات جذابة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (فيسبوك، إنستغرام، تويتر، لينكد إن، إلخ) باللغة العربية.
- التعاون مع فريق التسويق لضمان توافق التصاميم مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية ورسائلها.
- تطوير الأصول الإبداعية للحملات الرقمية، بما في ذلك الشعارات، والمنشورات، والإنفوجرافيك، والإعلانات.
- ضمان التناسق في التصميم والعلامة التجارية عبر جميع المحتويات المرئية.
- إدارة عدة مشاريع تصميم في وقت واحد والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- إنشاء رسومات مبتكرة وجذابة تتناغم مع الجمهور الناطق بالعربية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة كـ مصمم جرافيك لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مصمم هوية تجارية، أو دور مشابه.
- محفظة أعمال قوية تُظهر مهاراتك في التصميم الجرافيكي، مع التركيز على المحتوى العربي.
- إتقان مجموعة أدوات Adobe Creative (Photoshop، Illustrator، InDesign، إلخ) وأدوات التصميم ذات الصلة.
- فهم جيد لمنصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومتطلباتها الخاصة في التصميم.
- خبرة في العلامة التجارية والقدرة على تحويل إرشادات العلامة التجارية إلى تصاميم مرئية مثيرة.
- انتباه ممتاز للتفاصيل وعقلية إبداعية.
- إتقان اللغة العربية (كتابة وقراءة)، مع فهم قوي للخصوصيات الثقافية في التصميم.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت مع القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة.
