Role Overview

As a Social Media Specialist for Ezdan Hotel and Ezdan Palace, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive bookings, and promote our services. Your role will include managing social media platforms, analyzing market trends, and engaging with guests to build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
• Increase direct bookings through targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and comments to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal results.

المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الوسائط الرقمية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• 2-7 سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق الرقمي، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الضيافة.
• الكفاءة في إعلانات Google، ومدير أعمال Facebook، وGoogle Analytics، وأنظمة إدارة المحتوى (CMS).
• فهم قوي لـ SEO و SEM والتسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (مفضل).
• عقلية إبداعية مع القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتعديل الاستراتيجيات للحصول على أفضل النتائج.
