The User Experience designer is responsible for driving the simplification of complex end-user problems and crafting exceptional digital user experiences across current and future digital channels. The role involves guiding the development of the user experience with a creative and holistic approach across diverse product
releases, online channels, and platforms.The role requires providing day-to-day design consulting that fosters a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and engineering. The person in this role will build strong relationships and operating rhythms with internal teams and outside the core digital team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
Additionally, the role will involve providing support to the Department Head in the day-to-day maintenance and optimization of the websites, app, special projects, and future experiences.
Siebel CRM Specialist
About the Job
Role Purpose:
As a Siebel CRM Specialist, you are expected to assess, design, and develop applications related to Siebel CRM, Queue Management, and ECR applications as part of the product development team of Vodafone Qatar's technology department.
You are expected to lead other developers/vendors working in the team and ensure timely delivery for assigned business and technology projects. You will be reporting to the CRM & Sales Domain Manager and will need to work closely with other developers to deliver the assigned projects.

من المتوقع منك قيادة المطورين/الموردين الآخرين العاملين في الفريق وضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد للمشاريع التجارية والتكنولوجية المخصصة. ستكون تحت إشراف مدير مجال CRM والمبيعات ويتطلب منك العمل عن كثب مع المطورين الآخرين لتسليم المشاريع المخصصة.
