Prevent food spoilage through daily checks and ensure all incoming and outgoing food items meet standards.

Maintain and clean all equipment and workstations regularly.

Keep Chef de Partie informed about all aspects of assigned section.

Participate in training activities and assist in other food production areas as required.

Maintain cooperation and good relationships with other service colleagues and departments.

Have full knowledge of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen.

Maintain consistent quality of food preparation & presentation. Constantly check prepared food for taste, temperature, and visual appeal.

Participate in outside catering, live stations, as assigned.
