Job Details
We are looking for a Civil Supervisor with extensive experience in Facility Management to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various facility management tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing the team efficiently.
Conditions
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the Middle East
- Knowledge of methods statements, risk assessments, and MSDS for various items such as quality control, painting, epoxy, waterproofing, flooring (PVC, screed, tiles, granite, marble), interlock, gypsum works, coring, and doors/entrances (wood, glass).
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Valid QID

الشروط
- شهادة ITI/دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية
- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط
- معرفة في إعداد بيانات العمل، تقييم المخاطر، و MSDS للعديد من البنود مثل مراقبة الجودة، الدهان، الإيبوكسي، العزل المائي، الأرضيات (PVC، السقف، البلاط، الغرانيت، الرخام)، البلوك، أعمال الجبس، الحفر، الأبواب/المداخل (خشب، زجاج)
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق
