Job Description
- Achieve Volume, Value & Price targets.
- Achieve GTM KPIs Target.
- Collect from customers on time.
- Increase width and depth of distribution.
- Manage promo calendar along with the customers.
- Manage portfolio by customer according to consumer profile and MSL.
- Maintain Customer satisfaction & relationship.
Academic Background & Experience
- Diploma/Secondary Schooling is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years in Sales (FMCG).

- تحقيق أهداف الحجم والقيمة والسعر.
- تحقيق أهداف GTM KPIs.
- جمع المدفوعات من العملاء في الوقت المحدد.
- زيادة نطاق وعمق التوزيع.
- إدارة تقويم العروض الترويجية مع العملاء.
- إدارة محفظة العملاء وفقًا لملف المستهلك وMSL.
- الحفاظ على رضا العملاء والعلاقة معهم.
الخلفية الأكاديمية والخبرة
- الدبلوم/التعليم الثانوي شرط أساسي.
- درجة البكاليريوس مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات (FMCG).
المتطلبات المرغوبة
- ديناميكي وطموح.
- قادر على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مرن، وقابل للتكيف، يمتلك سلوكًا مهنيًا ونظرة إيجابية.
- مهارات تحليلية كمية ونوعية قوية.
