We are looking for a skilled BMS (Building Management System) Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.

💰 Salary: QAR 3,000 per month (Includes FAT – Flight, Accommodation, and Transport)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Supervision & Management:

✅ Oversee the operation and maintenance of all BMS-controlled systems.
✅ Lead and train a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and operational goals are met.
✅ Conduct regular assessments and implement system improvements.

📌 System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

✅ Continuously monitor BMS performance for optimal functionality.
✅ Identify and resolve system faults or malfunctions.
✅ Coordinate with third-party service providers when required.

📌 Maintenance & Repairs:

📌 Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Certification in BMS systems is a plus.

✅ 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, or related fields.
✅ At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
