Senior Project Coordinator – Immediate Hiring
Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion.
- Adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Collect and analyze project data to generate reports on project status, risks, and issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO templates, tools, and processes.
- Support the implementation of PMO methodologies and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PMO and support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, EPM, and other project management tools.
Certifications Required
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- CAPM / Prince 2 Foundation certifications.

منسق مشاريع أول – توظيف فوري
الأولوية للمرشحين المحليين
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- متابعة تسليمات المشروع ومعالمه لضمان استكماله في الوقت المحدد.
- الالتزام بمنهجيات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
- جمع وتحليل بيانات المشروع وإعداد تقارير حول حالته والمخاطر والمشكلات.
- المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة قوالب وأدوات وعمليات مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).
- دعم تنفيذ منهجيات وأفضل ممارسات مكتب إدارة المشاريع.
المتطلبات الرئيسية
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة 4-5 سنوات كحد أدنى في أدوار مكتب إدارة المشاريع والدعم.
- إتقان Microsoft Project و EPM وأدوات إدارة المشاريع الأخرى.
الشهادات المطلوبة
- خبرة في منهجيات المشاريع الرشيقة (Agile).
- شهادات CAPM / Prince 2 Foundation.
