Senior Technical Supervisor - Facilities Management
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide guidance and support for both hard and soft FM services
- Manage and supervise technical service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations
- Conduct visits to facilities (retail stores, offices, and warehouses) to ensure high-quality service
- Prepare and review maintenance reports and asset lifecycle data
- Coordinate with other departments (HSSE, Sustainability, Projects, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
