Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project internal and external interfaces.
- Oversee contractual document issuance and review processes.

- Prepare and maintain Project Record Books and spare parts inventory.
- Collect certifications and process supplier payments.
- Ensure accurate SAP data entry and financial tracking.
- Play a key role in project close-out activities, ensuring all final documentation and tasks are completed smoothly.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إدارة الواجهات الداخلية والخارجية للمشروع.
- الإشراف على إصدار الوثائق التعاقدية ومراجعتها.
- تخطيط أنشطة المشروع وتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- إدارة المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين بفعالية.
- إعداد وصيانة سجلات المشروع وإدارة قطع الغيار.
- جمع الشهادات ومعالجة مدفوعات الموردين.
- إدخال البيانات بدقة في SAP لضمان تتبع مالي دقيق.
- لعب دور رئيسي في إغلاق المشروع، وضمان اكتمال جميع الوثائق النهائية والمهام بنجاح.
