We are looking for a Field Engineer Trainee to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role involves identifying service improvement opportunities, implementing standard procedures, and managing risks during service delivery.Conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Graduation date no later than 2022)
- Strong ability to execute service delivery to customers
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
- Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with technical programs and bids
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
- Ensure company and regulatory compliance through assessments and inspections

نبحث عن متدرب مهندس ميداني لضمان تقديم خدمات آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة للعملاء. يتطلب الدور تحديد فرص تحسين الخدمة، وتنفيذ إجراءات العمل القياسية، وإدارة المخاطر أثناء تقديم الخدمة.
الشروط:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (تاريخ التخرج لا يتجاوز 2022)
- القدرة على تنفيذ تقديم الخدمة للعملاء بكفاءة
- المشاركة في تحليل المخاطر الوظيفية وبرامج التحسين المستمر
- مساعدة مهندسي التصميم/التقنية في تنفيذ البرامج والعروض الفنية
- تطوير علاقات العملاء للترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الشركة
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة واللوائح التنظيمية من خلال عمليات التقييم والتفتيش

- Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables
- Perform advanced additive selection for fluid design and process improvements
- Develop and implement procedural and process improvements in laboratory and fluid testing
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure cleanliness, and dispose of waste regularly
- Monitor, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with required standards
- Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support
- Perform risk analysis for tasks to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Geomechanics training and experience in rock lab work
- At least 2 years of experience in operating load frame equipment
- Willing to relocate permanently to Qatar

المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز
- تدريب في الجيوميكانيكا وخبرة في مختبر الصخور
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل معدات اختبار الحمل
- الاستعداد للانتقال والإقامة الدائمة في قطر
