Job Description
Weatherford is seeking an MPD Field Specialist / Supervisor Level IV to join its team in Qatar. This role requires advanced technical expertise in operating and maintaining MPD equipment, along with the ability to supervise field teams and effectively communicate with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operational and safety meetings.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for service improvements.
- Plan and prepare equipment, execute operations, and submit technical reports.
- Engage with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage equipment and oversee maintenance and operational processes.
- Provide technical support and supervise field teams.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 10 years of field experience.
- High school diploma required; technical diploma or university degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Solid skills in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات اليومية الخاصة بالعمليات والسلامة.
- تحليل البيانات وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين الخدمات.
- التخطيط والإعداد للمعدات، وتنفيذ العمليات، وتقديم التقارير الفنية.
- التفاعل مع العملاء لضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.
- إدارة المعدات والإشراف على عمليات الصيانة والتشغيل.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإشراف على الفرق الميدانية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال الميداني.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة على الأقل، ويفضل حملة الشهادات الجامعية أو الدبلومات الفنية.
- معرفة جيدة بالميكانيكا، والكهرباء، والإلكترونيات، والهوائيات، والهيدروليك.
- مهارات جيدة في الرياضيات والفيزياء والكيمياء.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Outlook وWord وExcel.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
