1. Call Center Representative

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and customer-focused. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

المؤهلات:

  • نبحث عن مرشحين متحمسين ويركزون على خدمة العملاء. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي المهارات والمؤهلات التالية:
  • خبرة سابقة في مركز الاتصال أو دور خدمة العملاء، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في القطاع المصرفي. 
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين. 
  • قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. 
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة بهدوء. 
  • الكفاءة في استخدام أنظمة الحاسوب وتطبيقات البرمجيات. 
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية. 

2.  وكيل المبيعات المباشرة

المؤهلات:

  • الجنسية العربية
  • من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات من الخبرة
  • يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة
  • سجل حافل بالنجاح في المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاع الخدمات المصرفية أو المالية.
