Field Engineer Trainee

The Field Engineer Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers.

Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

Laboratory Engineer

The Laboratory Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.

Identifies continuous improvement opportunities during service delivery and implements standard work.

Manages risk during service delivery.

Interfaces with the customer to apply the appropriate fluid design.

Identifies opportunities to introduce new technology solutions and applications.

Ensures job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

Performs advanced additive selection for fluid design and recommends solutions to improve the process.

Performs procedural and process improvement plan feasibility, development, and implementation within the laboratory and fluid testing domains.

Ensures that laboratory equipment is in clean, working condition and that waste is regularly disposed.

Monitors the operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Prepares technical presentations for internal and external customers.

Performs regular audits to ensure the laboratory operates according to required standards.

Assists the Design/Technical Engineer and Product Champions with technical support as required.

Performs a Risk Analysis before each task/job to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns.
