We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and problem solver with a knack for growing businesses.

Qualifications:

Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to present to stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Proven experience in business development or a similar role.

Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

نبحث عن تنفيذي تطوير أعمال ماهر للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. هذه الوظيفة مثالية للمفكر الاستراتيجي وحلال المشكلات الذي يمتلك قدرة على تنمية الأعمال.

المؤهلات:

تحديد فرص النمو ووضع خطط استراتيجية للاستفادة منها.

بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.

إجراء أبحاث وتحليلات السوق لتقييم الاتجاهات، الوعي بالعلامة التجارية، ومشاريع المنافسة.

التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحسين تجربة العملاء والعروض المقدمة.

إعداد تقارير مفصلة حول تقدم المبادرات لتقديمها للمستفيدين.

تنظيم والإشراف على حملات الإعلان/الاتصالات (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، التلفزيون، إلخ)، والمعارض، والفعاليات الترويجية.

المتطلبات والمهارات:

درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال أو دور مشابه.

مهارات تفاوض واتخاذ قرارات استثنائية.

معرفة شاملة بمبادئ التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأفضل ممارسات التسويق.

مهارات تحليلية قوية مع أسلوب حل المشكلات.

مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
-
إجادة جميع تطبيقات Microsoft Office.

يفضل أن تكون المتقدمة أنثى ولديها رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية.
