Receive, send, distribute, and handle documents for the project.
Coordinate with Project Team to ensure required documents are identified, timely delivered, received, and compliant with policies and procedures.
Copy, scan, store, file, and organize documents in designated locations.
Maintain project records using MS Excel and draft letters.
Demonstrate strong data organization and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to accept criticism and work effectively under pressure.
Extremely organized and efficient in document management.
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP implementation within enterprise-level companies.
Proven expertise in various ERP platforms.
Strong system administration experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Solid networking knowledge including routers, firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN, and IP configuration.
Hands-on experience with server and hardware troubleshooting including storage devices and network equipment.
Familiarity with SQL databases and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Valid NOC is mandatory.
