يجب أن يكون مرنًا ومجتهدًا وسيحتاج إلى لاعب فريق لذلك
يفضل أن يكون لديه بطاقة هوية قطرية مع رقم ممانعة، ويشترط إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وإذا كانت اللغة العربية لا تشكل مشكلة أيضًا، وبصرف النظر عن الراتب، سيكون مؤهلاً للحصول على العمولة وهو أمر جيد حقًا.
