Job Description:
As a Field Service Representative in the Downstream division at Nalco Water, you will play a critical role in delivering specialized water treatment and process chemical solutions to clients in the oil refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries.
You will work closely with site operations, sales representatives, account managers, and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for water treatment and process chemical applications.
Monitor system performance and optimize chemical dosage and treatment strategies.
Conduct system audits and routine analysis to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Identify operational challenges and collaborate with site lead and technical consultants to recommend improvements.
Support the implementation of new technologies.

بصفتك ممثل خدمات ميدانية في قسم "Downstream" لدى Nalco Water، ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في تقديم حلول متخصصة لمعالجة المياه والمواد الكيميائية للعملاء في صناعات التكرير، والبتروكيماويات، ومعالجة الغاز.
ستتعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات في المواقع، وممثلي المبيعات، ومديري الحسابات، والفرق الفنية لضمان الأداء الأمثل للأنظمة، والامتثال، وكفاءة التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

تقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع لتطبيقات معالجة المياه والمواد الكيميائية.
