Cyber Security Analyst – L3
Location: Qatar

Job Purpose
To analyze, identify, resolve, and recommend improvements that strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture by protecting sensitive information from threats.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Incident Response
-
Monitor security log sources and access controls.

Detect threats and respond to intrusions or unauthorized activities.

Handle incidents escalated from the L1 team in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Conduct log reviews, forensic investigations, and risk analyses.
-
Perform in-depth incident analysis and generate detailed reports and dashboards.
Incident Investigation & Remediation
-
Use advanced analytics tools to identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities.

Execute tactical security operations tasks as per engagement requirements.

Recommend and implement remediation and recovery plans post cyberattacks.
Security Operations & Coordination
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Maintain an information security risk register and support internal/external audits.
Training & Awareness
-
Support in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness programs for employees.
-
Advise on issues such as spam, phishing, or malicious emails.
Compliance & Audit Support

Assist with internal and external cybersecurity audits.
-
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meet response and resolution Time-to-Action (TAT) targets (90–95%).

مراقبة الأنظمة والاستجابة للحوادث

مراقبة مصادر السجلات الأمنية والوصول إليها.

كشف التهديدات والاستجابة للتسللات أو الأنشطة غير المصرح بها.

التعامل مع الحوادث التي يتم تصعيدها من الفريق الأول (L1) في نظام نوبات عمل دورية على مدار 24 ساعة/7 أيام.

إجراء مراجعات للسجلات وتحليلات جنائية (Forensics) وتحليل المخاطر.

تحليل الحوادث بشكل تفصيلي وإنشاء تقارير ولوحات معلومات شاملة.
التحقيق في الحوادث ومعالجتها

استخدام أدوات تحليل متقدمة لتحديد أنماط التهديدات ونقاط الضعف.

تنفيذ المهام التشغيلية الأمنية المتعلقة بالمشاركة في العمل.

اقتراح وتطبيق خطط العلاج والتعافي بعد الهجمات السيبرانية.
العمليات الأمنية والتنسيق

التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.

المساعدة في خطط التعافي من الكوارث واستمرارية الأعمال.

الحفاظ على سجل مخاطر أمن المعلومات والمساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية.
التدريب والتوعية

المساهمة في إعداد وتقديم برامج توعية بالأمن السيبراني للموظفين.

تقديم النصائح والتوجيه بشأن الرسائل المزعجة أو الخبيثة.
الامتثال والتدقيق

المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الأمني الداخلي والخارجي.

ضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) وتحقيق أوقات استجابة ومعالجة ضمن المعدلات المستهدفة (90–95%).
