1. HVAC Engineer (QCDD Certified in Smoke Control Management)

Requirements:

  • QCDD certification in Smoke Control Management.
  • 8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance settings.
  • Skilled in AHU, Air & Water-Cooled Chillers, Cold Storage, Package Units, Ducted Split Units, Precision/CRAC Units, Heavy Duty Chilled Water Pumps & Motors, VAV, VRV, Fire & Smoke Dampers, Smoke Extract Fans, Air Curtains.
  • Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and system management skills.

2. HVAC Engineer

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance settings.
  • Skilled in AHU, Air & Water-Cooled Chillers, Cold Storage, Package Units, Ducted Split Units, Precision/CRAC Units, Heavy Duty Chilled Water Pumps & Motors, VAV, VRV, Fire & Smoke Dampers, Smoke Extract Fans, Air Curtains.
  • Experience in operation, preventive maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

3. Technician / Operator (Electronics)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations.
  • Skilled in BMS, SCADA, PMCS, PLC, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address System, Instrumentation, and IT Networking.
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

4. Procurement Officer

Requirements:
