• Lead the development and execution of the regional HR strategy in alignment with Group HR priorities and business goals.
• Oversee and guide Country HR Directors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery across all countries of operation.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

• Formulate and implement strategies for bidding on projects, including target markets, pricing models, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to proposal development, submission, and negotiation.
• Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and services for tender submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for tenders.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms for the Company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, specifications, and deadlines, and address any tender-related issues or queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to enhance the Company’s reputation and competitiveness.
• Monitor and analyse tendering performance, including win/loss ratios, bid success rates, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the estimation and tendering team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

• Minimum 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in relevant management or leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC is a plus.
• Expertise in Project Tendering, Estimation, Costing, Rate Analysis, Contract Management, and Contract Administration.
• Strong understanding of the organization’s business model, key functions, offerings, and the local commercial and business environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams successfully with a measurable track record in service delivery, improvement, and change management.

• Oversee and manage logistics operations and assets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment arrangements, including handling clearance procedures for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Negotiate with logistics providers, shipping companies, and freight forwarders to secure competitive rates and service agreements.
• Monitor and track the movement of materials and products, ensuring regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop logistics strategies, support plans, budgets, and operational timelines for new and ongoing activities.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline logistics workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Economics, Public or Business Administration
• Masters in Accounts and Finance (preferred)
• The candidate should have over 8 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, with 2 years of experience in the GCC region preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis skills
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
• Knowledge of risk mitigation and contract management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
