1. Regional Human Resources Director

The Regional HR Director drives the human resources strategy, governance, and operations across multiple countries of operation. The role provides strategic oversight, guidance, and leadership to the HR teams across the region and support business growth through talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the regional HR strategy in alignment with Group HR priorities and business goals.
  • Oversee and guide Country HR Directors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery across all countries of operation.
  • Drive regional talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning to build a future-ready workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and group policies, managing HR risk and ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

2. Estimation and Tendering Director

The Tendering and Estimation Director oversees and effectively manages tendering and estimation resources to develop appropriate deal strategies, including value proposition development, commercial considerations, partner identification, and risk management. This position also directs the development of the organization’s pricing strategy by collaborating with key functions and ensuring alignment with the Company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategies for bidding on projects, including target markets, pricing models, and bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to proposal development, submission, and negotiation.
  • Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and services for tender submissions.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in relevant management or leadership roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC is a plus.
  • Expertise in Project Tendering, Estimation, Costing, Rate Analysis, Contract Management, and Contract Administration.
  • Strong understanding of the organization’s business model, key functions, offerings, and the local commercial and business environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams successfully with a measurable track record in service delivery, improvement, and change management.

3. Senior Logistics Officer
