Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff, including clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and filing
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various office tasks and communications

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and assessments.
- Develop customized meal and diet plans tailored to clients’ needs (weight management, therapeutic diets, performance nutrition, etc.).
