1. Scholarship Specialist
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Commitment and enthusiasm for QF organizational vision and objectives.
- Able to prioritize tasks and deadlines based on significance and effort, ensure overall productivity.
- Quality-focused, able to demonstrate and use quality management methods, techniques.
- Committed to actively pursue ongoing efforts to improve performance to fulfill requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to logically and persuasively outline and present thoughts, ideas, and specifications through oral communications and in writing.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate skillfully with both internal and external groups in challenging situations; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage

2. Academic Relations Specialist
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of working experience in a relevant field such as in academic relations, technology transfer, research collaboration, business development, science, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of the academic research environment, technology transfer processes, innovation ecosystems, intellectual property rights, and funding mechanisms for research and development.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions to drive innovation and growth.
- Strong passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven solutions. Ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing market dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to network effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders in academia and industry.
- Able to analyze data, assess the impact of academic collaborations, and identify areas for improvement for measuring the effectiveness of academic relations activities and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong willingness to embrace changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and respond to evolving needs and opportunities in the academic and industry landscape.
- Proven interest in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer between academia and industry would be an advantage.
- Multi-tasking and the ability to work on different projects at the same time.

3. Senior Legal Counsel
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Experience in an industrial or corporate environment, with deep research, commercial, and contractual expertise.
- Deep understanding of legal principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them in complex, real-world commercial scenarios.
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- In-depth experience with commercial law, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and corporate law matters.
- Excellent organization and time management skills as well as thorough attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Outreach Officer
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- High School & 2-5 years of relevant full time work experience in research, data analysis, public health, or policy development, ideally in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications, articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
- Basic understanding of health policy issues and the ability to stay informed about healthcare trends and developments.
- Experience with data collection methods, such as surveys or qualitative interviews, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not required.

5. Social Media Content Producer
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in media production, Communications or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in content production.
- Proficiency in video editing software. (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
