1. Scholarship Specialist

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience; Master’s Degree preferred. 
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for QF organizational vision and objectives.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and deadlines based on significance and effort, ensure overall productivity.
  • Quality-focused, able to demonstrate and use quality management methods, techniques.
  • Committed to actively pursue ongoing efforts to improve performance to fulfill requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to logically and persuasively outline and present thoughts, ideas, and specifications through oral communications and in writing.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of working experience in a relevant field such as in academic relations, technology transfer, research collaboration, business development, science, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of the academic research environment, technology transfer processes, innovation ecosystems, intellectual property rights, and funding mechanisms for research and development.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions to drive innovation and growth.
  • Strong passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven solutions. Ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing market dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Ability to network effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders in academia and industry.
  • Able to analyze data, assess the impact of academic collaborations, and identify areas for improvement for measuring the effectiveness of academic relations activities and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong willingness to embrace changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and respond to evolving needs and opportunities in the academic and industry landscape.
  • Proven interest in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer between academia and industry would be an advantage.

3. Senior Legal Counsel

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Experience in an industrial or corporate environment, with deep research, commercial, and contractual expertise.
  • Deep understanding of legal principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them in complex, real-world commercial scenarios.
  • Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • In-depth experience with commercial law, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and corporate law matters.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills as well as thorough attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

4. Outreach Officer

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • High School & 2-5 years of relevant full time work experience in research, data analysis, public health, or policy development, ideally in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.

  • Proficiency in video editing software. (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
  • Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
